Form Key

Name Your first and last name
Email Your email address. Preferably use your business email address.
Company Either your company name if your company purchased the related Cimetrix product. If you are a contractor, please specify the name of the company you are working which has purchased the related Cimetrix product.
Product The name of the Cimetrix product you are using.
Product Version The version of the Cimetrix product. Look at the installed release notes if you are not sure. Please include the service release and patch version. In new versions, look at the version properties of a product DLL or EXE in Windows Explorer.
Operating System The name of operating system where you have installed the Cimetrix product. If you are reporting an issue, then the name of the operating system on the computer where the issue is happening.
Issue Description or Question If reporting an issue, please describe clearly:
1. What happened
2. What you expected to happen
3. How often if happens
4. Whether or not you can reproduce the issue. If yes, please describe how or even better help Cimetrix to reproduce this.
Urgency Please specify Critical only when it really is.
Cimetrix Support Tool File If reporting an issue, run the Cimetrix Support Tool if possible on the computer where the problem happened. The Cimetrix Support Tool generates a unique file like "SendToCimetrix_XXXXXXXX.html".
The Cimetrix Support Tool is not available for all Cimetrix products.
Source Code If applicable, attach source code to demonstrate the question or issue.
Another Attachment If desired, you can attach another file related to the issue, any file type. The Source Code and Cimetrix Support Tool File attachments can also be any file type.
