Cimetrix Incorporated support engineers are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM (09:00) to 5:00 PM (17:00) Mountain Time, excluding Cimetrix Incorporated observed Holidays. Clients are given a username and password to access the Cimetrix support website. The support website includes sample application, programming and diagnostics tips, and access to current and previous product installations.
